Yes, That\'s Cement
Katrina damage two years later: Thousands of square feet of concrete flooring rest in the water, much of it curled up in ways that make it seem like a different material entirely. The brick building, rebuilt after a previous hurricane, ironically carries the message "You Are Beautiful" in large white letters.
